 This index was developed to help interested readers compare the information in Alcoa's online sustainability reporting and Annual Report and on our website with the Global Reporting Initiative G3 guidelines, the GRI Mining and Metals sector supplement, and the 10 ICMM sustainable development principles. We also draw upon criteria from other organizations to frame our sustainability reporting.

In the last column of the chart, we have provided links to the required information. “Partially reported” indicates that we have provided a portion of the information required. In a number of instances, we’re working toward better data collection to more fully report this information. “Not disclosed” means that this information is either not collected on a global basis or kept confidential for competitive or other reasons. “Not applicable” means that it does not apply to our operations or reporting.
