The testing methods originate from the dynamic and systematic way of thinking of our development engineers as well as from the long lasting quality assurance process and of course from the constant exchange of knowledge with our customers.

Alcoa Test Center covers the whole range of automobile testing processes that are demanded for our products. The most impressive area is probably the field of EMC-Testing with different testing sites including the vehicle compatible EMC chamber.

For different kinds of work and examinations performed on vehicles we dispose of a site for assembly, conversion and testing.

The quality laboratory and the field of long term testing are divided among several individual testing and working sites and are arranged in a way that fulfils the high requirements of the automobile industry.

Support represents the foundation and the roof of ALCOA Testing by its functions exceeding development. The testing processes, appliances and equipment correspond to the latest standard of technology.
